Well organized, helpful, prudent and friendly, both the office team and the movers. The cooperation within the team as well as with the clients was competent and committed. Everything went well. We liked the systematic approach to loading and the care taken with the furniture. No damage and nothing has been lost. It was our 2nd move with the Nathaus company. That speaks for itself. Very competent and friendly family business. The move with the Nathaus company went extremely well. Ms. Nathaus accompanied me in a very nice and patient way, so to speak, throughout my move planning. The family works hand in hand, they are absolutely professional, reliable and very well organized. The movers - a strong 5-man team - worked extremely carefully, carefully, cleanly and quickly. The move from a 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor of an old building through a newly renovated staircase went without any traces. Extra requests (e.g. attaching accessories in the bathroom) were immediately fulfilled on site - where else can you get something like that? The move within Bonn started at 8 a.m. and ended at 1 p.m. - all furniture was in its new place, including the lamps, in perfect condition. The company offers high quality of work with a good price-performance ratio.

I moved Nathaus Umzüge in December 2017 and was thrilled. The move started at 8:30 a.m. and at 1:30 p.m. I unpacked the first box. Everything was well organized, an employee dismantled the cupboards, kitchen etc. and rebuilt them in the new apartment, and connected the stove and washing machine. The other 4 dragged everything into the moving van (3rd floor without elevator) and then into the new apartment. There was no damage whatsoever. In the end everything was even cheaper than what was on offer and I got almost 100 € back. That's why I gave it the top grade!
